With the passage of AB 1844, the California State Assembly has effectively banned employers from requiring access to their workers' social media accounts. Several states already
outlawing the practice and
a national ban is in the works, employers will soon have a much harder time snooping through your online life. Now would be a good time to tighten your privacy settings. [
